SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITIES.

Since 2014, the organic sugarcane producing areas of USA and UFRA, as well as Native's organic sugar and alcohol producing industry, have been certified to Fair Trade Standards, internationally recognized as Fair Trade. Today we meet the Fair for Life, Fair Trade USA, and EcoSocial All Fair certification standards, which acknowledge the company for promoting the social development of the communities where it is installed. This recognition comes from the consumer, who understands this certification's role in financing actions and projects to improve these communities in social and environmental terms. As a result, all sales of these certified products return part of the values to the Fair Trade Fund, managed by an elected committee of employees. A portion of these resources has been distributed to the projects below. The rest of the fund is awaiting new projects to be structured based on surveys conducted with employees and the local community.
