Organic

FLAVOR, QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY, BASIS FOR OUR GROWTH.

The organic farmer considers nature his ally.

In order to farm a piece of land, he evaluates factors such as the soil´s nature, the climate, the water regime, average rainfall and local biodiversity. With that, he organizes his production system in order to favor the soil´s natural balance, not just preserving but rebuilding its fertility.

In addition, to ensure quality and healthiness, organic products are primarily free of pesticides and synthetic substances, encompassing factors such as:

  • They are produced minding the concern to not destroy natural resources;
  • Producers value the local fauna and flora;
  • The work of the people involved is valued, with dignified conditions and respected work rights;
  • In order to produce them, a lot of care is placed in order not to destroy or erode the soil, which is protected, or recovered, so it can stay fertile;
  • Organic production does not have transgenic products.

Our care is 100% reliable.
In order to control the traceability and safety of organic products, several countries and / or economic communities have established official organic regulations that determine not only the permitted practices and inputs, but also the conduct of the audit system, use of proof of compliance seal and other relevant topics.
Certification Agencies are accredited by the various responsible official bodies, such as Ministries or Agricultural Departments, and, through the audits, attest to the compliance with such regulations, and consequently authorize the use of the various corresponding stamps.
Consumers and farmers are the main beneficiaries of the certification. After all, those who consume eat foods rich in nutrients, confident that the product is free of chemical substance contamination. And those who farm, promote a great value chain and sustainable development through the use of waste and the non-use and exposure to chemical pesticides, toxic to health and the environment.
