Mudha Project


What is MUDHA?

It is the Unique Movement for Human and Environmental Development, which through online courses, certificates, and presential activities, will help in the development and self-knowledge of the company's employees - or their dependents - so that they can rethink and rebuild their life projects, be better in their workplaces, activate the entrepreneur within each one and finally get that business idea off the paper.


Requirements to participate

  • Be an employee or legal dependent of Usinas São Francisco, Santo Antônio, or Native;
  • Have access to the Internet via cell phone or computer;
  • Availability of at least 6 hours a week for studies, which can be done wherever and whenever you want.
