Characteristics: Small species measuring about 2.0cm in length. It has a yellowish coloration, with two orangish longitudinal stripes on the sides of its back.

Distribution: Paraguay, Northern Argentina, from Eastern to Mid-Southern Brazil in almost every state, to Eastern Bolivia and Uruguay.

Habitat: This species occurs both in tropical forests and in open areas.

Habits: Crepuscular, nocturnal, and arboreal.

Diet: Small insects and arthropods such as mites, spiders and harvestmen.

Breeding: Oviparous, reproducing in temporary or permanent lentic water bodies. They vocalize almost all year, except for the colder and drier months of the year, on grasses and sedges on the banks of water bodies.

UFRA: Species seen in Organic sugarcane fields, Wetlands with herbaceous plants, Restored native forests, and Drainage Ditches.
